Cancellation Policy
Tours proceed rain or shine unless otherwise noted due to extreme desert flooding or heat exceeding 115°F.
Individual Tours:
Customers may cancel an individual tour with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled tour date and time.
Group Tours: A group tour is defined as any booking of two or more vehicles.
Customers may cancel a group tour with a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 5 days prior to the scheduled tour date and time.
Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled tour date and time are not eligible for a refund. However, customers may contact us to reschedule their group tour without any additional fees, but no refunds will be issued.
No-shows:
No-shows, whether or not there has been any prior contact via phone or email, will be charged the full price of the tour.

Damage Policy
We know accidents happen, so we offer two programs to minimize the cost to you.
Included Protection: Included in the cost of your rental or tour is a damage waiver that minimizes your out of pocket damage cost to $3000 even if the damage exceeds that amount.
Premier Protection: Included with our Guided Tours, and for a nominal fee of $50, it can also be added to your Self-Guided Rental. This optional add-on reduces your out-of-pocket maximum for any damages to just $1500.
